The instructions are very simple:
Step 1 : Write down something you tell yourself you “Can’t” do (be specific).
Step 2: Fold the paper in half, and write “I can” on the outside.
Step 3: Holding your paper in both hands, visualize everything you’ll need to turn “I can’t” into “I can!”.
Step 4: Insert your “Can’t” into the Can.
You’ll know you have turned a “Can’t” into a “Can!” because it will feel exactly how you imagined it would.
